Martin and Lisa seem to have everything going right in their professional lives but are unsatisfied with certain aspects of their relationship. Martin doesn't feel that sexual spark and Lisa feels like she's on a treadmill relationship going nowhere as she stares down the clock as minutes tick away on the time line that the Doctor has given her to safely conceive a child of her own.
